Cachetcollections.com ships to all addresses in the Continental US. We fully insure all our packages against loss, theft and damage that may occur in transit. In order to receive a replacement or compensation, a detailed claim and anything else requested by our insurer must be submitted within 1-2 business days of package receipt.
You can choose either free shipping which generally takes 2-3 business days or Next Day Air ($50).
An adult signature is required when your item is delivered.
As a security precaution in order to protect our customers against fraud, cachetcollections.com will only ship to your billing address. If you would like your item shipped to an address other then your billing address you must call your credit card company and provide them with an alternate shipping address to add to your account. This authorizes us to send your item to an address other than your billing address.Please Note: Due to the fact that the items we sell are exclusive and are being made available to you at a great discount, items may not be in stock and may need to be ordered for you. You will be contacted once your order is placed if the item is not in stock.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of your item.
BEFORE A REFUND IS ISSUED TO A CUSTOMER THE ITEM WILL BE INSPECTED TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THERE IS NO SIGN OF WEAR OR DAMAGE. ALL JEWELRY MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE ITEM, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR JEWELRY TO BE WORN EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR IT NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) clearly written on the outside of the box. Please call us at (845) 517-5361 or 1-800-819-0245 to receive your RA#. An item returned without RA# written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused
Once you have been issued RA #, you must ship the item back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.
For security reasons please do not write anything on the outside of the box indicating that it contains valuables of any sort.
You must ship your item back to us via a traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (FedEx, for items valued below $500). You must pay for the shipping and insurance for the amount you expect to be credit in full. We will not accept a package that was not shipped paid for in full. Customer is liable in case of loss or damages.
Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.Returns will be credited in full minus a 10% restocking fee and original shipping & insurance charges, should the shipping charges exceed the shipping amount originally charged.
Exchanges will only be accepted for equal or higher value items.
You will be notified at the time of purchase, if your order is a special order item and the above policies may not apply - in which case the sale will be final & non-refundable.
All items with a retail price $10,000 and above are considered special order items. Due to sizing all rings are considered special order items. Once an order for a special order item is placed & confirmed, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Purchases by Manufacturers The Standard Return Policy does not apply to any purchases made by any jewelry manufacturer, jewelry brand distributor, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of these entities in any capacity. Purchases made by the aforementioned entities may not be returned for any reason under any circumstances.
