Purchased the Marco Bicego Marrakech Onde Yellow Gold Concentric Large Pendant for my wife. (And she loved it.) (Wish I knew how to post a picture of the pendent.) A fair and great price. This was a special order that needed extended time to be manufactured but Cachet Jewelry kept me informed. Shipping customer service was the best that I have received; both contacted me to insure that we would be home on the scheduled arrival date before shipping, sent our pendant requiring signature receipt, and sent tracking information.

Cachet offers great customer service and a large variety of jewelry brands and options at a very good price. At first, I was doubtful as I never heard of this business, but I decided to give it a shot. I had a special need to get my piece delivered before a certain date and they were able to cater to my need. I communicated with them on Whatsapp and their response was very fast. It turned out to be a great experience and I'd recommend it to anyone!
